Contract Dispute
Construction contracts lay out the rights and responsibilities of each party involved in a project. The agreement is entered into once it has been signed by the party/parties involved. It is important to understand what is being asked of you, and what responsibilities you are taking on by signing the contract before you actually sign it.
When a contract is not fully understood, or the work is not performed to the quality or satisfaction agreed upon in the original contract, disputes commonly occur. This is when it is important to contact our office, we work to protect the interests of our client in any contract dispute. |
